We can supply you with all your needs for natural fibre
Steiner / Waldorf doll and craft making materials, 100% pure new
wool felt, dry and wet felting supplies, craft books, a range of
muslin and silk play cloths, wooden toys, children story books,
parenting books, etc. etc ............ We have access to a wide
range of products; if the item is not listed please don’t hesitate
to ask.
Minimum order $25.00, not including postage. Most orders will be
sent out within 7 to 8 working days, please allow up to 3 weeks
during winter and Easter times.
Orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Postage charges will depend on weight and destination. Goods
are sent via Australia Post at your own risk - insurance and
registered parcels only at your request. I recommend that you
register parcels over $100. Insurance is $3.50 for the first $100 plus $1.50 for
every $100 thereafter. Although we recommend insurance, please note
that we have sent well over 12,000 parcels and that to-date our records show that only a few parcels
have not arrived safely.
Delivery Charges: We reserve the right to change the delivery charge you have selected as
we cannot reflect all possible combinations. We will only do so where we state MINIMUM charge is ...
OR where we have a cheaper option, eg. Express Post satchels can be a cheaper option provided your order fits
inside such a satchel. For very small orders we may be able to use a large letter - this will only cost $3 or $4.50.
When we have to alter delivery charges the total order value will be adjusted accordingly.
Payments: can be made by Visa or MasterCard – your credit card will
ONLY be
charged the day the goods are sent. Or we accept payment by internet bank
transfer, cheque, bank draft or money order – if paying this way we
will notify you of the amount when goods are ready and we will wait for a
payment to arrive before sending your parcel. This will add a
few more days to delivery times.
